It is a fully CNC controlled machine and can accurately and repeatedly fold various materials to 0.1 degree accuracy. With an extensive range of tooling including specialist dies for creating safety edges etc we are able to run large orders or validate designs quickly.
We also have a smaller 1.6m 50 Ton machine new in 2020 to support work on thinner materials.

Powered by an 85 amp Hypertherm Plasma unit our CNC Profiler can comfortably profile up to 20mm in S355, by having this internal capacity we are able to quickly produce full items in house as well as complete our own R&D works whilst developing new components.
